will BMW wheels fit?

i found some BMW wheels i like. the bolt pattern is 5x120mm or 4.724 in. chevy is 5x 4.75 or 120.7mm.

close enough? .7 mm or 0.02 in. difference.

Re: will BMW wheels fit?

There might be enough slop in the holes to fit the BMW wheels on the Chevy lugs, but its not going to be easy.
The wheels locate by the hubs, which are bound to be a different size, and the lug nuts are incompatable. Then there's the problem of the back space or ET thats going to be different
You might be able to have the wheels machined to work, custom lug nuts, and wheel spacers, but is it really worth it?
There has to be a comparable wheel made to fit the Chevy pattern, whats the BMW style wheel you like?

Re: will BMW wheels fit?

There are severall guys on www.pro-touring.com running BMW wheels on Camaros. You might try searching over there for remedies to the issues pointed out above. I bought a set of BMW wheels for my 68 but have not bothered to bolt them up yet.
