balancing belted wide ovals

I recently purchased new Chevy 14 x7 steel wheels and Goodyear F70 14 belted white letter tires. Is there anything I need to pay attention to get a good wheel balance. Thanks, John

Re: balancing belted wide ovals

You can call around to try to find a shop with a Road Force wheel balancer. This balancer applies a roller against the tire to simulate road force. You may not need it for normal profile tires, however it definitely gives a great balance. Some discount tire locations have them, although I prefer using an independant wheel shop that sells high end wheels/tires.
