Which wheels would've come on my car from the factory?

Perhaps there is no way to tell??

The car stats are listed in my sig. Everything on it is base, nothing fancy (TN car without air )

I had been set on TT II's but the more I see the Ralley wheels the more I like them. It looks like they have many versions (tall cap, low cap, sizes, etc.) Just thought if the originals could have been ralley wheels I might put them back on.

Back-in-the-day - the majority of Camaros I saw on the lots and streets seemed to have the RPO-PO1 'Full Covers' on them. It was a pretty reasonably priced option and they were the rage on most cars for the time.

A few P.J.ers had the small caps, but folks would usually change them for a nicer looking cap at some point.
I saw some of the RPO-PO2/N95 'Wire spoke' covers on some well optioned cars at the time, but a lot of those also might have Disc option so that might have lowered the number of them ordered.

Of course many equiped with disc usually had Rallys on it.
It wasn't until the mid 70's or so until you routinely saw cars that were switched to the Rallys by the owners.
Within a few years from that it seemed that almost 'everyone' had Rallys

I still remember the first Camaro I saw with American Racing 200S wheels, a Silver 1969 Z28 at Riverside raceway
Right then and there I decided that was wheel I wanted for mine

14X6 steel wheels if dog dish, painted body color, full covers painted black. Things were changed at the dealer, hub caps white walls etc. Only why to tell is have broadcast copy window sticker, original bill of sale, it included all changes, IE, Undercoating, dealer
prep, and any thing they could get you for.

Great point
Actually, you just reminded me of something
My 1967 SS had an original (never hit the ground) spare tire/wheel still in it when I bought it in 1970.
The rim was black painted and I though it was just a 'plain' spare for the Rally wheels it had on it at the time (just started learning about Camaros ) ... Turns out, the car originally had the wire caps, confirmed after I found the original dealer paperwork for it in the envelope the PO (a dealer) gave me a few years after I bough it (really should have looked in that envelope sooner ...).
Sooooo - if you still have the original spare rim, check the color - it may tell you if it had small or large covers at least.

My 68 Camaro originally came with 14x7 Steel Rims painted the body color with Firestone Wide Oval F-70-14 Tires. The Original Spare is still in the trunk.
