Question Spare tire size different from car tires

I have a 67 with 235/60/15's on factory ralleys on all four tires, I have a 245/60/15 for a spare in the trunk, could the spare be used on the rear of the car with a posi rear end in a pinch?

anything in a pinch! I wouldnt drive it anymore than you have to but theres not a whole lot of difference in height.

It will get you limping along to the repair shop just fine. I agree with zman and would get the original fixed ASAP.
