Wheel code help

Finally pulled the ring to look at my 69 rally wheel codes. All four wheels are coded the same - but different than what I found on web sites about how I thought they would look.

A code by the valve stem is all I could find. There is a very, very small MI with a number 9 below it. The bigger more visible numbers are: 6 (valve stem hole) 12 YA.

Are these old/original wheels or new reproductions?

Thanks - happy turkey day!
