Rally wheel codes

What do all these numbers mean? What year? What is that notch for?

K-1-86 means it was made at Kesley Hayes plant 1 in 1986, on Jan 30th (I 30 on either side of valve hole). It is a over the counter replacement XG rim. XG is the code for a (1968:base & SS) and 1969:base rally disc 14x6 wheel (plus some other models)
