68 camaro front tyres with drop spindles

Hey guys is there anybody out there that has 2' drop spindles and running 15' wheels. im trying to put ss cragars 15x7 with 225x60x15 tyres mastercraft avenger gt's with +6mm offset they dont import 0 offset ss cragar wheels in aussie and im having trouble with the lower balljoint hitting the tyre. iv tried putting longer studs 40mm with 20mm spacers to clear the ball joint then the wheel sticks out (but looks good) to far and will probably hit the inner guard on every bump. i cant test drive it as it is still unredgestered while i restore it. i can get 15x6 ss cragar with 3/38 bs which might solve my problems but might look weird as i have 275x60 on 15x8 ss cragars on rear. should i go std spindles would this solve the problem. any comment would be great. dave

Standard spindles with 2" drop springs is the way to go. A search on here will reveal other people with the same problem as you describe.
