69 Camaro Rims

I have a 69 SS camaro 350 with a 12bolt rear and disc brakes. As of right now the suspension is stock. I want to get either a set of torq thrust II or a set of torq thrust M. I want to know what is the best backspacing to use with a 17" rim. I guess I would want to put the largest tires in the rear without having to worry about rubbing. Also is it worth it to get the torq thrust II with the custom back spacing or would the torq thrust M series be fine with its stock back spacing? I guess if I put a set of 40 seris tires on it, it would look good lower maybe an inch any opinions? Thanks alot guys!

Welcome Chris!

Sorry I cannot help on the non stock wheel question, but are you selling your YJ rims then?
