Rocket Racing Wheels

I have tried to look up old post for information on the quality of Rocket Racing Wheels and couldn't find anything about them, can anybody help me with this, the price is right and they have some nice wheels, I am looking at the polished alum. fuel model, I can't aford the wheels that are running over 250 and higher, I am also like the Cragar SS or Amercan Racing these Company's have been around awhile and I have had them before, any input or suggestion on this would be helpful, Thank's

Re: Rocket Racing Wheels

I have never seen posted complaints, I have seen posted complainted about American and the Toque Thrust II but this was mainly due to wait times and a leanghty post at about a balance problem.

I am going to buy American Racing or Vintage Wheel Works, they are little morte than American for the torque thrust styles they which are the V45 and V40 but they don't have 4.5 inch backspace in the 8 inch and American does for the Torque thrust as does Rocket.

I personally think the American Torque THrust looks better than the Rocket and you can get it polished. Summit Racing has some fair pricing on them. Also check a sponcer here Lots of pictures there
