68 Camaro Rims and wheels

I have a 1968 camaro. Does anyone know how to get the correct Rally Rims for this type of car. I see a great price for a total package at classic industries, but then year one will have what seems to be the same set for almost double the price. What is the style for this rim, all chrome? This is my first time restoring a camaro, I want to do a good job. Also, does anyone know a good correct tire size for a 15" rim? I am doing more of a copo/yenko camaro but want more of an original look than real wide tires or different sizes on front and back. any help would be great.

Re: 68 Camaro Rims and wheels

Tom,

I'll be putting my 15" Rallys on my 68 Vert after my Elky returns from the paint shop////they are holding the car up currently. I don't want the WELDs getting sprayed.
Most likely am gong to run 225/60/15

Pic with 14" rallys and 205/75/14s

The 215/65/15s looked good, seen here

and here

see the whole thread on my vert here:

The original ralleys were painted Argent Silver. The center caps and beauty rings are chrome.

Re: 68 Camaro Rims and wheels

thanks for the help, I am slowly figuring this out. Is there a rim I should avoid, such as an import or certain brand name of rim? Some seem more inexpensive than others. Or is the quality the same on an import and a US made rim.
