Question How to measure rims ?

I have found a great deal on some Cragar SS rims, now how do i know if they will fit my car ? I know that they are 14x6 in the front and 15x7 in the rear, but how do i know if they are going to fit on my 68 Camaro ? The guy does not know and i am not sure how to measure them ? I can't drive my Camaro there to try them because i have two busted rims. Is there a way to measure them somehow ? I know that on mines they should be 4.75, i think ?
