Will poverty caps fit on these?

I am looking at some wheels and am wondering if poverty/dog dish caps will fit on them. They do not have the lip edges around the center.

These are the codes. Can anyone identify them please?

H1 94 8 (valve) 19 TBM A2
H1 94 8 (valve) 19 TBM A2
H1 94 8 (valve) 15 TBM A2
H1 94 8 (valve) 15 TBM A2

I do not know much about wheels so I am a bit confused about the stamp size and how much it actually measures. They are stamped 15x7 but actually measure 8" inches???

From outside of rim to the inside.

Re: Will poverty caps fit on these?

No. The proverty caps won't fit on these. They don't even look like they are a 5X4 3/4 bolt pattern. if you've got a '68, that's what you'll need. You measure from inside the bead. Not to the outside edge. Those look like they would be 7" wide.

The correct rims would have bumps that the caps clip over. These "dog bumps" as some call them, are 10 1/8 inch apart. if you want, i could maybe post some pictures later but it would be at least Sunday. Going to swap meet in Denver tomorrow. Click on my link to see my dog dish car. I do have a couple of extra 14X7 JJ wheels. PM me if you are interested.
