Steel wheel (vintiques) back space question-67

Lacking a little confidence here... I wanting to order stock looking steel wheels (15" x 8") for the rear and run hub caps all the way around. But, rather than go thru this process 2 or 3 times, i would like some guideance from someone who knows. My 67 has a stock monoleaf 10 bolt rear.
Question(s):
>Will a 275/60/15 tuck up in my wheel well without modification if, I have the correct back spacing.
>If so...What back space do i need to order?
>If not...How big of a tire can I get that will tuck up?

Also, looking for opinions...Should I run 14" x 6" with 70 series tires up front or 15" x 6" with 60 series?
