68 wheel ?

Is it possible at all to fit a 10" wheel under the back of a stock tub 68 camaro and not have the rear of the car way up in the air or the tire sticking out from under the car? Thanks Chris

Re: 68 wheel ?

It can be done but for me, it's to close for comfort. You would be better off with
a 9.5" rim. What diameter wheel and size tire are you wanting to use?

What about a 9" or 9 1/2"?

Re: 68 wheel ?

I've got Mickey Thompson Sportman Pro's 26x10.50-15LT (15x7 wheel) on the rear with no rubbing problem. Well I did, I just bought Coker Firestone Redline tires G70-15 for all 4 wheels and I already have them on the car.

In that case, I would stick with a 9" wide wheel!

Only problem is not all the wheel companies make a 9 or 9.5 wheel and the ones im wanting to run are billet specialties I think.
