Help on Tires

My 295-50-16, 12 year old tires are dry rotted and need to be replaced. BFG has discontinued the tire and might re-make this size. I cannot find these anywhere. Does any one know where there are 2? Or something comparible? The wheels are Billet Specialities 16 x 10 and I really don't want to change wheels. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Help on Tires

Found some BFGs on Tirerack.com. Tirerack only had ONE tire with that size. Go to their site and input that size and they will come up. I tried pasting the link here but when I clicked on it, it went to a different page (WTF?).

May try some other tire sites as well...

Re: Help on Tires

If anyone needs to get BFG tires ,Tire Rack is one of the only places that carries them. They have the lowest prices out of anyone. I purchased a set of 4 - 245/60 R15 radial ta tires from them recently and paid $419 shipped to my front door from Delaware to Florida!! They rock.

Re: Help on Tires

Looks like Mickey Thompson makes a drag radial in that size. Pretty pricey but looks like a nice tire.

Re: Help on Tires

Thanks for the input guys. I have 2 of these tires on backorder with the Tire Rack since Dec! It is the ONLY place to buy tires, I have purchased 20 sets for 20 years from them for all my restorations.
