What do the measurements mean??

I'm looking at a set of American Racing Torque Thrust II 515 wheels and need to know what the different measurements mean like:
15 x 6
15 x 7
15 x 8

Also...there is another set of these Toruqe Thrust II 505 rims that say "2 pieces." What does that mean?

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

On a 15 x 8 wheel the diameter of the wheel is 15 inches, and the width of the wheel is 8 inches, measured at the points where the tire contacts the wheel.

Two piece means the hub and the rim are their piece and joined by welding together on a jig.
