Wow.... nice. I'd love to see a daylight picture of your car.

Looks great. Is that just the reflection of the other car or the light? Makes it look like a red pin stripe around the edge of the rims. Instead of the red line tires, red line rims!

yeah, it's a red pin stripe, had folks bending down to take a closer look at last show. i've been searching for the perfect rims to respectfully represent our first gens for over a year now. I saw these rims on a 67' vett and thought I'd finally found them but now im not sure...might be too much bling for me, hard to beat those rallies and a lot more maint as ive quickly discovered. torque thrust inspired but reminds me more of a craiger rim which im not a fan of. Foose has a better torque thrust look but at heavy cost. also the 4" frnt BS sticks the rim out further, 225/45/17's just nick the frnt lower rear fender bolt on a hard turn. 4.25"BS would've cleared. btw I now have 4 aft mrkt 7x15' rallies and 6 perfect & restored originals for sale, 4 of which are mounted w brand new 225/60 bfg's.

Re: bling for the thing

Sorry to hear that you are having issues. Still a great looking combo. Would replacing the fender bolt with a large smooth round head screw give enough clearance? I thought about changing mine, currently 4 15x7 rallies with old Cooper 245/60/15's with a TVS kit, it rubs on the top on the passenger side on certian dips in the road. I will probably wait and get 235's or 225's in the front next time. Any 15X8's ralles in your spare collection? I would be interested in seeing what those rims and tires look like. You should put them up in the classifieds, maybe free up room in the garage.
