275/45/18 will they fit?

Will they fit on a 68 camaro? I will be running Hotchkis leaf springs and probably 18x9 rims or so.

Thanks, erik

I run a 285/40/18 which is a 27.1 tall tire and I believe the sectional width is around 11.3" with no problems. THe tire you are looking at is a little taller 28" but I think it is a little bit narrower.

Re: 275/45/18 will they fit?

Should fit assuming the correct back space on the rims. I run 18x9 Foose Legends with 5.25 BS and 275/40 tire. Had a very slight rub on the inner wheel well but .25" spacer fixed the issue. Remember, it's always better to have too much BS than not enough as too much BS can be fixed with spacers but too little BS is never good.

Re: 275/45/18 will they fit?

My car now has 255/45's and they are 27" tall. I found an amazing deal on 275/45/18's for the rear of my car and they are only 27.7" tall. I know everybody runs 275/40's. I cant imagine 3/16' on each side will make a huge difference. I can raise the car some too as it sits really low anyways.

Thanks, Erik
