15x7 with 5in back space.

Will 15x7 wheels with 5in backspace fit on my 69. All stock. The backspace seems a little too much. They are centerline wheels if it matters.

Not on the front and the shocks will probably hit the rim of the wheel in the rear... The best back spacing for any wheel (centers the wheel in the well opening) is a +6 offset which is 4.25" on an 7" wide wheel. Check out this chart showing wheel width and backspacing as it relates to offset.

That's kinda what I was thinking. Too much backspace. Found a used set reasonably priced and thought I would ask before pulling the trigger. Thanks Brian.
