tire size recommendation

I have a pair of rallys 15x6 3.5 off set. 15x8 4.75 offset. Was thinking about 215/60/15 front, and 275/60/15 rear. Anyone have pics of something simular? Will the heigts look ok. Its on a 69 with stock suspension.

Re: tire size recommendation

This has been discussed before here, I think 255's were causing rub problems on a stock car. Might do a search about 2 weeks back.
I run 245's all around and I think thats max , with stock suspension and not using any jack up shocks.

Re: tire size recommendation

i have 15*8.5 wheels on my 77 and front size is 225 60 15 and rear 295 50 15 no rubbing issue with stock suspension.
for your wheels i think u can use 225 60 15 on front and 295 50 15 on rear looks great also u can check the distance between fender edge and ground also from fender edge down to wheel center and then check the size with calculating :
