Recessed valves - universal thread size?

I've got Coys wheels and they have the recessed valves. They shipped with 2 extenders but they are cheap pot metal and I broke the first one before I could even get the pressure gauge on it. I'm worried about snapping the other off and potentially damaging the wheel threads. Not to mention they are short and straight, which makes it difficult to get the air nozzle/wand on the end of it because it's semi-hidden behind a spoke.

I've found some valve extenders on line (none in the local stores) that have a 90 degree bend that seems like the answer.

My question is - are the valve stem (threads) universal in size? will any/all of these in the link below work? Thanks!

Update - for some reason when I paste the link here it does not work. I've tried several different ways but no luck. The extenders I'm looking at can be seen by going to Amazon.com and using the search words 90 degree valve stem extension.
