New automotive wheels? Not to my knowledge. Old Yes on ebay and through other wheel refurbishment specialty houses.

Kelsey-Hayes has morphed several times the past 30 years and no longer makes automotive wheels. I am not aware of the old wheel division patents and designs being sold off to anyone with the rights to the Kelsey-Hayes name.

Their new corporate name is Hayes Brake, and their core business is brake systems for atv, motorcycles and other non standard vehicles. http://www.hayesbrake.com/company/history/ Most of the real-estate like the Romulus foundry, and the Essex plant in Windsor were sold off. Romulus went to the short lived TRW brake group, but the mast of the building still says Kelsey-Hayes. They do make wheels but they are spoked for motorcycles and bicycles.

Hayes-Lemmerz splintered off in the 90's and does survive to this day making wheels but I don't think they have the rights to the GM rally wheels. http://www.hayes-lemmerz.com/steel_wheels.php

TRW still owns the name Kelsey-Hayes as still uses it to the day for brake pads in the EU market. I started working for Kelsey-Hayes in 1987 and still there in the North Amercian Parts and Service and Aftermarket division as Quality Manager and we are know as TRW but we are really Kelsey-Hayes DBA TRW and W2 still says Kelsey-Hayes. All of our wheel division was spun off to Hayes-Lemmerz back in the 90's.
