Re: Ss rims

The SS wheel (N66) had a very limited production in the beginning of the 69 model year only. I think they were cancelled in early 1969.

Very nice, that rim and tire combo is what I'm after.

How do you think they would look on a 67.

Re: Ss rims

Nice job, Brent. Looks much better than black wheels. IMHO.

Re: Ss rims

Thanks 67rally,
This visual helps a great deal.

I hate to say it but the original rallyes look the best IMO.

Re: Ss rims

Or maybe I should paint my rims red and put 68-69 caps on them. I would also get some different tires something smaller more stock looking. What do you cats think.

Re: Ss rims

I like the rally's along with the SS. I have the SS and like the look. Mine are painted (argent silver/black), not chromed. There are no center caps or beauty rings on them in the pic.

Re: Ss rims

I am actually going to get SS rims for my '69 L34 on BF Goodrich Radial T/A's. I love the look. These wheels were only available on the '69 Camaro for a short period (primarily a '69/'70 Chevelle rim), but if you like the look, I would throw them on your '67.

Re: Ss rims

I'm struggling with what direction I want to go.

I have also thought about lowering it and putting some 17's.
