New Wheels Arrived

Just off the fed ex truck. A set of Foose Knuckle wheels (17x7, 17x8). Getting mounted Weds with Nitto NT555 tires. Can't wait to take off the 14" American Racing turbine style wheels. Ordering my brakes today as well, Baer Pro+. I'll get pics up as soon as they are on the car.

Re: New Wheels Arrived

You will have a completely different car once you put those modern wheels and tires on. You can recoup at least 300.00 by selling those old school wheels.

Can't wait to see the pics.

I like them better than the turbines.

And they're on.

Fit great, super happy with them. Excited to get the brakes mounted up.

Re: New Wheels Arrived

Rich, they turned out great. What size tires are you using on those wheels?

May want to consider keeping the old wheels and tires as they come in handy if you ever have to put the car on a trailer or take it to a shop which will save "the good ones" from any damage.

Re: New Wheels Arrived

Great looking wheels on a great looking car

Say...are those 69 hockey sticks on a 67?

Re: New Wheels Arrived

Thanks guys. Haven't been here in forever.

The prior owner (he bought the car in mid 70s) repainted the car and his wife wanted those. I plan on repainting eventually and ditching the hockey sticks.
