I CURRENTLY HAVE R14 F60 285 LEE MANHANDLERS
AND WHEN I DIRVE THE VELOCIMETER IS(more or less) 10 MPH OVER???

Yup,it will bro.
Its a Q of circumference,and NO, pi is not the factor used.Its 3,03 if ya wanna play with it.
