Here is the deal.. I currently have HRE 545's on my 2000 SS.. This is the same sort of wheel I would like to run on my next car (a 69 RS/Z28 dubbed project Z069 )

Question, I know the lug pattern is the same but what about offset, would these fit? they are 18x9 front and 18x10 back..

You can use wheel adapters, but I don't think they look quite right. The brakes are waaaay in there.

Stock 4th gen SS wheels are 17x9 and would require about a 2" adapter. In the front you would have to remove the inner fenders, the rears would be fine. 17x9.5 is the widest that will fit in the rear of a '69 without a mini-tub or jacking the car up and letting fender lip ride way above the tire.

IM trying to think where did I see that engine on that 2000 camaro SS before ....i can remember the polished ac the air intake filter and that signature on the wheel well HMMMMMM suspicious .....about the wheels ...check my website...2 inch spacers all arround ....front steering clearance problem ....so you may have to forget about U turns lol My 1969 Camaro rs ss project
