I know of someone selling some SS wheels and I dont know much about these cars yet. Was wondering if anyone has this size wheel on their car or knows if they will fit or give me rubbing issues.

Thanks,
Steve

The SS wheels will require about a 2" spacer adapter before they fit your car...

Is that front and back or just one or the other?

Thanks,

Your Z most likely has 15x7 with about 4.5" backspacing. front and rear. The 4th gen SS wheels have 17x9 with about 7" backspacing front and rear. You might be able to fit 5 - 5.5" backspacing on the rear of your car and not really more than 5" up front. The SS wheels just won't fit without spacer adapters and even then you may have to modify the inner fender on the front... I think your '77 gives you just a touch more room to play with than a 1st gen so if you read all the many threads on wheel fitment in this forum you'll see what will fit and what won't.
