I have a 67, which my father bought new and passed along to me. It currently has Cragar SS/T's, that are a little rusty. They are 14x?. I'm looking to put on a set of chrome ralley's and would like to get some feedback as to what will fit. I'd like to step up to 15" wheels, however I am getting different information each time I visit a tire shop. I'd like to keep the tire size the same all the way around and go with the biggest tire that will not rub. So far I'm looking at 15x7 wheels with 235x60x15 BFG radials. Is this as big as I can go? Are the 15x7's good or should/can I go with 15x8's? What about rear spacing? Thanks in advance for any help.

15x7 with 3.5" BS should be fine all around. 245/60's might rub is suspension is old/tired, but then the 235's could too? Take your tire size thats on the car now, do they fit good all around?, Is this a size you like? Take that tire size to a tire store and ask for a tire of the same size but in a 15".

I'm running 15x7 front & rear on my 67 225/60/15 on the front & 245/60/15 on the rear both with no rubbing anyplace. They fit real nice. I have a friend that has a 68 & he is running 15x8 Corvette rim in the rear with 275/60/15 & no air shocks & they don't rub.

My old bias/belted E-60's on 14" x 7" rims with 3.5" B/S would get cut by the front wheel well chrome every so often!

But they are a "square-shouldered" old style tire.

A stock '67, steel rim is 14" x 6" with 3.75" b/s so you may want to hold the 2.25" front or outer space and dish her farther in so you don't get any rim/lip contact at all like stock.
