What is the best backspacing for a front 15x7 wheel (Weld Draglite) on 67-68 Camaros ?

1. I don't know what to choose between 3.5" and 4.5" backspacing before ordering my wheels.

2. Wich tire size fit best depending on the backspacing selection ? 235-60-15, 225-60-15, 215-60-15 ...

Thanks a lot

i have 15x7 with 215/60/15 with a lowered front end with no rubbing. I went this 4 1/2 backspacing. But beware, it says in all the weld ads 'not for road, autocross, or track use'. So without paying attention to that ive broken my welds and now i need new rims. The center section cracked all the way around on all five spokes!!!
