I just got my car done and decided to go and change the stance. I thnk I am going to buy the hotckis (sp) lowering kit. I will put a set of tt2's. What is the widest in the rear I can go with out minitubing the car. I am hoping for 17x11 with 295/35/17'S. If this will fit, what should the backspaing be? I will run something like 255/40/17 on the front. With the hotchis drop, will it fit? I think the drop is 2 front, 4 rear? Any help will be apperciated. I think this car, once done, will look like a road racer. Strange how what you want changes once your done...now if only i could find that money tree......

That rear combo won't clear unless you run air shocks or springs to lift the rear up and keep it off the tire. 275/40 with a 17X9.5 (5.5" b.s.) is it without mini-tubbing.

A 265/35/18 is just a touch shorter at 25.3" as compared to the 275/40/17. It is a 1/10" narrower in tread and section width also. It will look wider than the 275/40/17...
