Hi guys new to the site, but I read the classified section all the time. Anyway I just bought a 67 with a 350 in it. I want to put the rally rims on the car. What is the best rim size and tire size to go with. I am not concerned about originality. I just want any rubbing, but I do want that "husky" look.

I recently changed tires and wheels to eliminate some rubbing. I went with rally's 14x7 front with 205/70R14 and 15X8 Rear,4.25 offset with 245/60R15. These are working fine and still have a good look with no rubbing. My car has a stock suspension.
I had 215's on the front and 255's on the rear with 5" offset and there was some rubbing.

Welcome to the site!
I have a 1969 SS with 15X7, 245/60/15 and it looks great. Go back to topics posted 10 days ago and check out Biggest tire for 1969 post, it may help.
