which is better for my 69 ss 350 camaro...cragar five spokes...or...the american racing version of the five spokes. Which is better quality, bang for buck, strength?? What i mean when i say five spoke is the all known classic...well...five spoke wheels!

They're both excellent quality, depends on which you like better. American racing torque thust II's have curved spokes, cragar SS spokes are straight. Check the recent post by Black 69, "which wheels would you choose" there's pictures of both.
