Will TTII's 17"X8" with a 5" BS work with 245/40 rubbers up front and 17"x9.5" with 5.5" BS with 275/40 rubbers in the rear. If not, what is the biggest (safe bet) rim, back spacing and tire combo you can use on a 68. Ive got a 68 camaro with hotchkis 2" drop front springs and Global West upper control arms with First Gens front disc convertion kit. Rear hotchkis 1 1/2" drop leaf springs with drum brakes. Thanks for the help. I want to get it right the first time.

Many many many many posts.

Should work. The 275's might cut it a lil close tho.

Thanks for the reply guys. I've heard of this combo working on other post but mainly on 69 models. Wasn't sure if it would be different on a 68. Once again thanks.

I have 255's on my 67 with a 17x9.5. It looks like 275's will fit, but they might rub on big bumps...we'll see.

It'll be tighter on a '68, but should still fit.
