been posted here quite a bit, but I would guess you would need 17x8, 4.5"bs, 245/45/17 for the front, rear, 17x9.5, 5.5" bs 275/40/17 rear, check Chevy Hiperformance they have a nice article on tire sizes

my cragars are 17x8, 4.5bs w/255/45/17 rear, 16x7, 3 7/8bs, 215/50/16 front. they fit good, 17x7, 4"bs would fit good, too. A 215 tire is comfortable in front, all though bigger would go in.

you're good on the rims, they'll be perfert.

Safest thing to do before ordering tires would be to put the wheels on and do some measuring.

If not, you'll be good with a 215 in front, 225 should be good, too.

In back, use a 255.

See what sizes are available in your tire choice, and juggle the aspect ratio to get the ht you want.
