Camaro wheel ID?

Can any one help me identify these wheels. I have three and I need to find a forth.
Any help would be appreciated

1968 RS Coupe: Project...Mini-tubbed, Cammed LS 6.0, T56, 12 bolt 3.73 posi, Ridetech 4 link...slowly adding more...

There are some cheaper ones without center caps. You may want to check Craigslist too.
