1967 Camaro Rally Wheels Disc Brake Spare

Hey Guys, my 67 RS Camaro has 4 piston disc brakes with factory 14x6 DG Rally Wheels. My spare is a 14x5 DA. Is the spare factory correct. Thanks, Tom

Looks like the wheels could be correct. Check out this site, the DG and DA are 67 wheels codes.

Check the date codes. My understanding is all 5 wheels were the same from the factory.

Just to clarify, I meant same size. Date codes may be different, but obviously all should be prior to the cars build date.

Re: 1967 Camaro Rally Wheels Disc Brake Spare

The DG's are original to the car. They are true 67 with no date code, four total. The 14X5 DA spare also has no date code. My question is there anyone who can verify what the spare should be with the DG option in 67. Perhaps someone with a documented car or an original owner. Thx Tom

The date codes would be on the inside of the wheel whereby you'd have to remove the tire to find it. I too thought the wheels would all be the same from the factory, not a different width/code spare.

Re: 1967 Camaro Rally Wheels Disc Brake Spare

If a vehicle did not have the space saver spare option, then all five wheels will be same code.
Date wise that usually meant that all five were from the same batch lot so all within days of each other if not same day in most cases.
