Has anyone put a 275/60/15 on a 10" wheel on a 67or68 Camaro with stock wheel wells ?
Pics ?
Roll lips ?
Backspacing ?

Thinking of some new wheels ?

Re: 10" wheels and 275's ???

I got 275's up front - nothing stock, but running them on 9-1/2's. 10 may be a bit too wide. Had 10's back in the day mounted on 295/50/15's with coil overs when it was stock and when it was cool for the tires to stick out a bit. Now everything needs to be tucked in properly like that loose shirt your mom always told you about lol.

Re: 10" wheels and 275's ???

I am running 275-60-15's on 8" Cragars in the back Nitto drag radials, they recommend at least an 8" rim, looks great and only a slight rub due to the lowering springs. The rub is on the wheel lip molding I have been wanting to have them rolled or cut to stop the rubbing. I am 4.25 bs.

Re: 10" wheels and 275's ???

I have 275/60/15's on 8 inch rims at the rear and have room to the shock mount for another skinny inch.

Re: 10" wheels and 275's ???

I do have 275/60's on 8" wide wheels now. I was looking at Billet Specialties and maybe going to a 10" wide wheel with the 275's like I see some in X275 class as well as some other

Re: 10" wheels and 275's ???

Im not seeing how a 10 will change the look of you using the same size tire. Tread width is a constant and the section width will not change more then a few mm.

Back in the day we would get pulled over for tires extending that far past the quarter. I used to run N50-15 tires.
