Corvette Rims on a 69 Camaro

Hi, I am looking to put 2009 corvette rims or the 2006 c6 5 stars on the 1969 Camaro. I have a stock 12 bolt rear, dse mini tub kit that include the 2” offset shackles for the leafs, and a wilwood disc brake conversion with drum parking brake. I have heard I need a 2” spacer but haven’t found anything that’ll help me figure out whether I can just bolt and go. Wheels are staggered and would be front 245/40/18 and back 285/35/19.

Rim pictures attached. Note I would like the option of putting any c6 rims on, even z06 as my mini tub allows 335.

Wheels width and backspacing (or offset) would really help...

You cannot bolt C6 wheels on a 69 Camaro and go. Spacers are needed.

Hi djd, wheel size is in the post, the offset I don’t have for the wheel. The tears are 19x10 GM 09596785 to help you know the style of rim..

Hi don, the spacer pushes the rim outward? Is it because it’ll hit the leafs? Even with a DSE mini tub kit?

Re: Corvette Rims on a 69 Camaro

The backspacing is too much. Even if it didnít hit the leafs it wonít look right because the wheel is too far into the wheel well. Fronts wonít work either.

Wheel specs are here:

Those are tire sizes in your first post, you just gave me the wheel size (19x10). On a stock rear end you would fit 5.75" of backspacing, your mini tubs and shackle move should allow you as much as 7.75" and if your wheel has more bs than that you will need an adapter to make up the difference.
