Rally Wheel F Code

I looked up these wheels but couldn't find anything with only a F code. Wheels are 15" thanks.

Re: Rally Wheel F Code

Post a good clear picture of the code because there isn't an "F" codded Rally wheel.

Re: Rally Wheel F Code

If they're 6" wide, they're likely DF. The date code would help as well.

Re: Rally Wheel F Code

You can see something to the right of the F, not very deep. If your wheel really is 6" wide, I would guess it's FI which is a 15x6 Rally wheel used on 1969 and 1970 full size station wagons.

What's stamped in front of the 3 (March)?

Re: Rally Wheel F Code

Looks Like FW to me. That's a common 15x7 mid 70's Chevelle rally wheel.

I agree, but the OP said it was a 15x6. If it really IS 15x7, it's FW.

Re: Rally Wheel F Code

The tires are 15/175. I tried using chalk definitely a F maybe a W or I. They came on a 67 camaro and I'm sure they are not original. Thanks all.

And from the tilt of what we can see, I'm pretty sure it's FW.

Looks like FW to me as well and they're MUCH more common than FI, which I've never heard of....However, 175 is a pretty narrow 15" tire. Almost seems too narrow for a 7" wheel ? You can stick a tape measure through the wheel slots to get an idea of the width which is measured from the inside bead, not the outer lip.

Re: Rally Wheel F Code

I believe the FW came on impalas also. Seems like they are every where. Looking at swap meets that is all you see.
