Anybody have this combination?

I'm looking to change out the wheel / tire combination on my Z and wanted to see if anyone has this combination in the link below, and which tire / tire size you are using.
https://www.wheelsforless.com/VNTW30977617861

I'd like to see pics if you have them. I don't want rubbing issues as I do drive this fairly hard at times, okay most of the time. I have stock fender wells, and springs. The pic attached is the current condition and the tires are "tired" hey are at least 11 years old. I believe they are:
P235/60R15 front and P255/60R15 on the rear. Factory Z wheels.

Thanks for your input.

Thanks, I do appreciate that. I'm more of a Day 2 kinda guy now than I was 30 years ago and even though I've run BFG Radial T/A's since I was 16 I'm just looking for something a little different now. Plus the options for 15" tires are getting so slim now a days. I'm getting older and want to start to put some miles on the car this year so I think an upgrade is in order.

Besides, I can always go back...

Beautiful car. I sold one just like it 23 years ago. My favorite color combination by far.

Re: Anybody have this combination?

I have the same rally wheels on my 69 as on your car. I put the BF Goodrich raised lettering to the inside to keep my car very plain looking. No stripes on my all silver paint. If I was going to change out my wheels the only style I would consider is the ones your looking at. If you get them post up pics on the car.

Re: Anybody have this combination?

I think your selected size with offset should work. I'm running this in the 16" diameter with no rubbing issues.

Front 16 x 7 w/ 4" backspace 225/55 tires
Rear 16 x 8 w/ 4-3/4 backspace 255/50 tires

Re: Anybody have this combination?

I'm running Vintage Wheel Works wheels that look like the wheels you're considering, 17x8 and 17x9. My tire sizes are listed below. Here's a photo to give you an idea what your car might look like.

Re: Anybody have this combination?

Thanks for the input and picture. I like the look but maybe a slightly taller tire.

Chris, do you have any rubbing issues?

Thanks,
Ray

I did have to add a spacer due to some minor rubbing if entering a driveway with a curb or making a sharp turn causing body lean or suspension deflection, but with the spacer no issues.

Re: Anybody have this combination?

Nice choice. I'm using 15 x 7 front and back. I like the rallys, but these rims make the car stand out.
