Slicks on a minitubed 69

Hey guys. I have a 69 camaro with a Detroit speed minitub. I’m looking to purchase a Hoosier slick and a wheels for track use. I know I need a 17in wheel due to brake size but what offset wheel and tire size will work. I don’t need extreamly tight fitmit for looks I just want it to work well! Thanks for your input!

Thinking a 10" wide wheel with 6" backspacing

11.50x28 17

BUT YOU'LL NEED TO MEASURE

1.54 60'--6.95 @ 98.45 660'--10.96 @ 121.53

Too many unknowns to give an answer. Stock width rear? Offset leafs? Four link?

You can use a 12 wheel with DSE minitubs but not sure about slicks. A 335 tire will fit.

It had a 4 link. I currently have 335 on it with a 12 in wheel but I’m looking for sizing for slicks for track days

Measure the backspacing on the wheels you have and go from there. Backspacing is dependent on your rear end width....

OK, you have tires on it already....makes it easier.

Get the size of the wheel and get an extra pair.

Now, what size are the tires....335/___???__ /17
