centerline auto drag size

Who out there is running Centerline auto drags on the front of their 69 Camaro? I have come across a set that measure 15x8.5 rear and 15x7 front with 3.25+/- back spacing. My car has stock suspension components and need info on what tire size I should consider to keep from rubbing on the fenders. Pictures with wheel/tire specs would greatly be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Re: centerline auto drag size

You need more like 4.5" back spacing. Those are more like the set up for Corvettes I think and will rub on the front at least. I run Ansen style slotted mags on my 69, but I rub The inside top lip of my fender on some bumps. Eventually I'd like to find a set with better back spacing. There are a lot of threads with wheel and tire sizing info if you do a search. You don't even need to do a search. Just look at the sticky for 69. Gives you the answer right there.
