Opinions please!

Hey guys my name is Jon I’m new here, I just bought at 68 Camaro and want to replace the wheels immediately. I have three wheels I’m torn between at the moment, feel free to post your opinion to possibly sway my decision one way or the other. Thanks

Re: Opinions please!

IMHO those look like wagon wheels on the early Camaros if you go with anything larger than 17”. What diameter is your preference?

Of those shown I like the 2nd one better. The Boss wheel looks good too.

I like the 10 spoke wheels. Here’s my 18” wagon wheels.

I was thinking 17 or 18’s, I agree with you except I think that about 20’s. I personally think 18’s look good but anything above that imo is too big. And I appreciate the feedback!

Re: Opinions please!

I have seen the first style, but with round straight spokes, with spokes that alternate between front and rear side of rim. I prefer the round, straight spoke style.

'm with Don, build for you,if you put rally wheels on it someone will say you need 22" on it, if you put 22" on it another will say you need ralleys. You can't win.

Re: Opinions please!

If you can't photoshop the wheels onto a picture of your car, you can copy the image; cut it out after resizing and lay them onto a picture of your car. That way you know what looks right with your car and what doesn't. You can always make the image slightly larger to cover up more tire to get the 18" look and see if you like it. just a thought.

Re: Opinions please!

I put something similar on my car. Went with 18's and I really like the way they look. My car has no real theme other than what I like - old school hugger orange, a little carbon fiber here and there and an LS3...
