big tire guys (33"+)

what size are you running, and did you do anything special to get them to fit?

My issue: back half 1969 pro street running 33x22.5 quick time pros. my rear fenders are stretched, but not trimmed on the bottom corners. The tires grow and start eating the lower corners of my quarter panels. i figure trimming is the solution, but how much. is there a better method that wont take away from the factory look of the car?

here is the car. the hood is on now.

You have to section and widen the wheel opening with patch panels. There was a guy named Dave Carlisle on here that had a build thread showing how he did it. He changed his user name, canít remember what it was.

If anyone knows of the thread that dhutton is referring to, please post it up. I'm not having any luck with my search.
