86 Monte SS Wheels

Also same as 80-81 z28 with alumninum wheels. Lug nuts seem to be special and metric size to boot. Anyone know if a 7/16 lug nut is made to fit these wheels? Want to mount on older chevelle.

No, they are not. You will have to get the lug nuts with the correct taper and SAE thread. Summit and Jegs should have them. Ask the sellsperson.

Re: 86 Monte SS Wheels

Actually you can (or last I check'd) still get them from GM, I *think* Classic Industries also stocks 'em. The wheels are called N90's (also a designation on another aluminum Z28 wheel so be careful). If you pick the the lugs up make sure they are the early 7/16 lugs from the Z28 and you'll be fine... I think GM had 'em priced at about $4 a lug though (maybe a bit less but it was a shock when I last looked). I'd also check Ebay, maybe someone has 'em used and cheap! The proper lugs are a must with those wheels.

Acorn seats. Go get them at your local auto parts store.
