some good less expensive tirea

looking for a good tire for the back of my car..i dont have a whole lot of power but the tires i have do not hook at all... i dont want to spend the money on nittos and even some of the bfg are expensive..maybe around 100/tire...my car is a daily driver so i cant get d/r's i have 245/50/16's now would liek to get that or maybe someitng bigger...any ideas

Dunlop GT Qualifiers are usually affordable. I'd buy them. Or maybe the Firestones. Most any RWL tire will do, they are all about the same, no matter what any one tells you.

I've got a set of goodyear triple tread "assurance" wheels on my daily driver. The tread loooks pretty sweet, and it's an all season, all weather tire. I like it alot. They ran me $86.00 a tire mounted and balanced.
