Question GM High Performance LT-4 Heads & AFR Heads

What is the difference between the GM High Performance LT-4 Heads and the AFR LT-4 Heads? Are the heads basically the same or are they very much different. I am building a 383 Stroker for my '95 Camaro Z-28 and I want to install the best heads without having to break the bank. But, if I have too, I will. Also, what type of cam should I install to get the most horsepower? Is the GM Hot Cams setup a good choice or are there better ones? I don't want to have that much rumble and vibration coming from my engine. I just want to have enough to know that I have some horsepower there when I need it. I don't plan on racing this car as it is purely for street use on weekends. Another thing as well is crank shafts. I hear that Callies are the best but then again I also hear that Lunati makes a good crankshaft as well. And what about Eagle crankshafts are they just as good?:
