106 lsa OK with power brakes?

I guess this could go in the brake and suspension forum, but figured I would try here first. Getting close to doing the brakes on my project, was planning on going with a manual conversion until I heard another local camaro today, his cam sounded more choppy than mine and I know he is running power brakes. I am running a crane saturday night special cam with 106 lsa and it has a nice chop to it and seems to run pretty good. Would power brakes work. Should I do a vacuum test to see, if so, how much vacuum do I need for power brakes Engine is a 350 with flat tops and old set of 291s.

7 or 8" dual diaphram brake booster and a vac. can with a check valve, you should be ok; hard to say for sure without all the specs, but you should be ok with the right brake booster combo.
