454 Valve covers

Now that my motor blew up I may change to roller rockers, I am curious about if the tall valve covers will fit under the wiper motor and miss the brake booster. With the short ones I had before it looked like there was 4.5" of room to the wiper motor. How tall are the Proform 141-813 covers?
Anybody running tall covers that could send me a picture?

Re: 454 Valve covers

There was a post here not to long ago asking about the same thing as you (tall valve covers). They had the Edelbrock tall covers, which fit, but were real close to the brake booster. I have the chevy bowtie aluminum valve covers that are tall but not as tall as the Edies. They fit fine but this is on a 350 SB with the 11" power booster.

Re: 454 Valve covers

Make sure they are angled back there like stock.

Look and you will see what I mean b/c my no-name tall chrome jobbers wouldn't fit!
