69 SS has this motor in it:....

it is a '70 motor: #TO 209CNN (on pad)
manifold casing number: 3942529LH Note: the first digit may be an "8" not a 3.

I hope I jotted this down right. maybe it's enough to let me know where the engine came from.

You answered it yourself - it's a 350 block from a 70 chevy ...

The LH exhaust manifold is a 69 SB number

Re: 69 SS has this motor in it:....

T0209CNN

T = Tonawanda Plant
0209 = assembly date: Feburary 9th
CNN: 350ci, at(Turbo Hydra-Matic automatic), tb (2 Barrel Carb)

The 1st 3#'s of your vin would reveal GM Division such as Chev, Pontiac... etc, Year and
car assembly plant.

The manifold Casting 3942529LH - looks like an exhaust casting# for 1969/70 307 or 350
The LH is probably an application but have no idea. (Left Side?)

If the 1st 3#'s of your vin are within a month or 2, that could very well be the original engine for the car as 69's where built for 1/2 a year into 1970.
